Anejo, Carpano Antica, Allspice Dram, Angostura, Star Anise (for garnish)
In a mixing glass add:
2 oz. T.C. Craft Anejo Tequila
3/4 oz. Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
2 dashes Angostura Bitters, and some orange zest
Fill the mixing glass 3/4 full with ice and stir until very cold. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel and a star anise pod.
