For the hot chocolate, let's look at two options. For the easy route, try Swiss Miss Dark Chocolate Sensation.
For a richer, more involved hot chocolate experience, add to a saucepan:
2 squares of 100% cacao Baker's Chocolate
4 to 5 tablespoons sugar (depending on preferred level of sweetness)
4 cups milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Whisk and simmer over medium heat to combine.
To your mug of hot chocolate add: 1.5 oz. T.C. Craft Anejo Tequila, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 pinch of cayenne, 1 pinch of paprika and a tiny pinch of salt. Stir ingredients until incorporated and garnish with a cinnamon stink.
